For the past 20 years, I’ve been deeply immersed in the music industry, working directly with some of the most talented artists, songwriters, producers, and industry leaders. My career has taken me from Executive Assistant to VP of A&R in both the major label and publishing worlds, to Label President—helping creatives bring their visions to life, build meaningful, sustainable careers, and learning firsthand what it takes to lead creatively at every level of the industry.
I started out like many of you—driven by passion and a relentless work ethic. I didn’t have industry connections, but I had determination. After hundreds of blind emails, I landed my first opportunity at New West Records in 2007. From there, I built my career step by step: launching a film and TV department, moving into A&R at Warner Records and Warner Chappell, signing Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum artists like Lukas Graham, Bruno Mars, and Sasha Sloan, and eventually becoming President of Facet Records.
I spent years shaping careers, building brands, and serving as the person artists trusted most inside the system—protecting creative vision, navigating pressure, and making sure they had the strategy and support to succeed.
After two decades in music, I saw a gap.
Artists, executives, and creative leaders weren’t just struggling to succeed — they were struggling to sustain. Burnout was rising. Clarity was eroding. And too often, success was coming at the cost of well-being, fulfillment, and creative health.
