For the past 20 years, I’ve been deeply immersed in the music industry working directly with  some of the most incredible artists, songwriters, producers, and industry leaders. My career has taken me from the VP of A&R in  both the major label and publishing worlds, to leading an independent record label, helping creatives bring their visions to life and build meaningful, sustainable careers.

I started out like many of you—driven by passion and a relentless work ethic. I didn’t have industry connections, but I had determination. After hundreds of blind emails, I landed my first opportunity at New West Records in 2007. From there, I built my career step by step, launching a film and TV department, signing Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum artists like Lukas Graham and Sasha Sloan, and eventually becoming President of Facet Records. I’ve spent years shaping careers, building brands, and making sure artists had the right strategy and support to succeed.

After two decades in music, I saw a gap.

Artists, executives, and creatives were struggling—not just to succeed, but to sustain their passion without burning out. The industry demands so much, and I knew firsthand how easy it is to get lost in the pressure and expectations. That’s why I became a certified life coach specializing in creatives.
